Shield the PU core
The outer jacket takes the exposed position in welding and fabrication zones.
SPARK-ZONE PROTECTION · FRPU SERIES
A flexible PU pneumatic tube inside a flame-retardant outer jacket, designed to help shield compressed-air routing from welding spatter and other spark-prone industrial environments.

The outer jacket takes the exposed position in welding and fabrication zones.
Flame-retardant construction is the lead benefit; temperature remains a model specification.
Remove the jacket at the end and insert the 6 mm or 8 mm PU core into the fitting.
PRODUCT VIEWS
The product page separates the full coil, a metric scale reference and the real packed color range. The ruler helps buyers read the loop visually; the verified table remains the source for each model’s minimum bend radius.

TECHNICAL LIMITS
FRPU is specified for compressed air. Pressure, long-term operating temperature and instantaneous external heat exposure are listed as technical limits—not used as a substitute for the flame-retardant benefit.
VERIFIED LAUNCH DATA
6×4 and 8×5 retain the deepest public engineering data because their current dimensions, pressure, bend and packing records have already been reconciled.
| Model | PU inner tube | Overall OD | Pressure at 60°C | Burst pressure | Min. bend radius | Reference net kg by length basis · 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 m | 5 × 100 m carton |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FRPU 6×4 | 6 mm OD × 4 mm ID | 7.9–8.1 mm | 0.70 MPa | 3.3 MPa | 15 mm | 0.50 / 1.04 / 2.50 / 5.10 | 5 × 100 m / 26.3 kg |
| FRPU 8×5 | 8 mm OD × 5 mm ID | 9.9–10.1 mm | 0.68 MPa | 3.4 MPa | 20 mm | 0.70 / 1.46 / 3.70 / 7.30 | 5 × 100 m / 37.5 kg |
Weight figures are technical references, not public retail pack sizes. Length and bulk coil format are confirmed in the quotation; machine-produced 50 m and 100 m coils are supplied as one continuous length without joints.
COMPLETE FRPU SUPPLY RANGE
The wider production range is now visible instead of being hidden behind the two focus models. Reference coil weights below use the current factory sheet tolerance of ±0.20 kg.
| FRPU size · PU OD × ID | Standard full coil | Reference net weight | Reference carton format |
|---|---|---|---|
| FRPU 4×2.5 | 100 m | 3.30 kg | 5 coils · 40 × 40 × 64 cm |
| FRPU 6×4 | 100 m | 5.20 kg | 5 coils · 40 × 40 × 64 cm |
| FRPU 8×5 | 100 m | 7.30 kg | 5 coils · 40 × 40 × 64 cm |
| FRPU 10×6.5 | 50 m | 5.50 kg | 5 coils · 40 × 40 × 64 cm |
| FRPU 12×8 | 50 m | 7.00 kg | 5 coils · 40 × 40 × 64 cm |
| FRPU 14×10 | 50 m | 8.70 kg | 3 coils · 51 × 51 × 26 cm |
| FRPU 16×12 | 50 m | 10.20 kg | 3 coils · 51 × 51 × 26 cm |
6×4 and 8×5 remain the initial stocked export focus. Performance data and cut-length availability for 4×2.5, 10×6.5, 12×8, 14×10 and 16×12 are confirmed in the model-level quotation.

INSTALLATION METHOD
Carefully slit about 10 mm of the PVC layer without cutting the PU tube.
Expose a clean, round section of the PU inner tube.
Select the fitting by the PU inner tube outer diameter: 6 mm or 8 mm.
DOCUMENTATION
Product inspection documents and available flame-retardance test records can be provided during quotation. Document scope and date are stated with the file; certification is never implied beyond the reported sample.
